Use of the site
These terms apply to use of backgearlabs.com. The site provides general information about Backgear Labs LLC and its work ahead of launch. Separate written agreements govern any engagement, product, or restricted workspace access.
Using the site and submitting inquiries
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or send abusive or unsolicited material. If you submit an inquiry, send only information you are authorized to share. Submitting it lets us review the request and contact you about it. It does not authorize work or create a service agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle submissions.
Intellectual property
Backgear Labs LLC owns or licenses the site content, software, and branding. All rights are reserved except as permitted by law or written permission. Third-party trademarks and names belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Builder Access
The Builder Access workspace is restricted to explicitly authorized users. Attempts to bypass authentication or access the workspace without authorization are prohibited and may violate applicable law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030). Authorized users must comply with the separate confidentiality and access agreements applicable to their account.
Software and validation
Software orchestration and validation tools support technical workflows. They do not provide professional advice or guarantee regulatory compliance, security, or the correctness of generated outputs. Independently review outputs before relying on them.
Third-party services
The site may link to external services with their own terms and privacy practices. Backgear Labs does not control external sites.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Backgear Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law and contact

We post changes here and update the revision date. Changes to these website terms do not amend a separate signed agreement.
